About this site
AI Watermarks is an independent reference on how AI systems mark the content they generate. It is published by Pluto.Studio, an independent software studio. It is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or the European Commission.
How we work
- Primary sources or nothing. Every claim links to a source, and the source list marks which are primary. Where a claim rests only on secondary reporting, the sentence says "reported".
- Gaps stay visible. When we cannot confirm something, the tracker row says unverified rather than being quietly left out. There are several of those right now, and they are honest.
- Dates on everything. Each page shows when its facts were last checked against their sources. This field moves subject by subject.
- We do not sell removal. We explain how removal works, because that is a real question people have. We do not ship a tool for it, and we would not be able to prove one worked if we did.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, we want to fix it, particularly on the tracker. A link to a primary source is the fastest route. Reach us through Pluto.Studio.

The tracker is published as JSON and CSV under CC BY 4.0. Use it in your own work; attribution is all we ask.
